Colorado Springs, Colorado is the second largest city in Colorado, with approximately 600,000 residents in the metropolitan area. It sits about 6,000 feet above sea level, at the base of one of the most famous mountains in the United States, Pike's Peak. Home to the Air Force Academy, the United States Olympic Center, the Broadmoor Hotel, the Garden of the Gods park, and headquarters to many non-profit organizations, Colorado Springs is considered one of the most desired places to live.
